Months 3–4

Orientation

You learn to tell the difference between what you want and what you were taught to want. Between a real problem and one you're just used to carrying. You leave this stage with a way to decide, on your own.

Months 5–8

Building

What you can now see gets turned into something real. A system. A habit. A boundary. A way of working that holds without you having to force it every day.

Months 9–10

Transfer

You start doing the seeing yourself. You bring what you noticed before you're told what it means. Correction only happens where it's actually needed.

Months 11–12

Independence

Support pulls back on purpose. You show you can see without waiting, decide without being told, and keep going when no one's watching.

Someone Else Covers It

A sponsor, a foundation, a company, or CGS itself can cover the cost for the right candidate. In exchange, the program shares in a percentage of what you go on to build. The terms are set together, before the year starts, so both sides know exactly what's agreed.

Trade Value Instead of Cash

If you already have real work or a real business, you can offer a share of what it's worth instead of paying the full fee in cash. This is worked out with you directly, case by case.
